Keep an eye on what price is actually doing, not what you think it’s going to do. Keep an eye on daily open levels, ADR and Pivots. PA is king.

Like your longs on A/C for instance you jumped on the first engulfing candle at S38 when really had your looked left to your chart you would have notice S61 is strong support area over the last few weeks. Wait for price to come to you...... not go to it.

We all go through DD but try and prevent as much DD as possible. Remember Prevention is better than cure.

Actually I did know I'm jumping in, and I did see that 61.8% level; but:

when I was reading Davit's past posts I was fascinated by the way he managed DD: keeps calm, instead of getting panic at the sight of any trivial 20-30 pips, he actually adds to his position but to the point where the total loss doesn't go beyond his limit, and he watches fundamentals to make all these decisions.

My being that careless was mostly intentional and as long as I trade micro lots I see DD's like this as sort of exercise. Cheers

As far as I remember that is one of the main points of the Davit's Pivot Strategy...
There're many hints and summaries, just make a small effort and use the search funcion...

Crude around 63 not dropping much why UC is ranging. NFP Friday also keeping USD bulls at bay.

Closed EC not worth holding anymore at this point.

I must admit I can't hide how fascinated I am by your analysis. Now, I know it was worth it I spent 3 months reading your posts.

  1. You watch majors (UC) to judge crosses (EC)
  2. You watch fundamentals (NFP, WTI) to judge majors (UC).
