I would change this to 2. This means if the spread exceeds 2 pips, trades will be blocked. I don't think it can be turned off.

Yes it is. Unfortunately accounting for commission, it's actually -$122.

ahh, I think I know why you guys are getting slightly different performance than me. It’s because I forgot to update the manage_profit_EA to $0.5 profit instead of $1 per 0.01 lots traded. I’ll update this tonight.

New BlastBands EA version going up tonight that automatically detects the account size and also adds a “close at % profit” option. No longer will people have to worry about changing the “close at $ profit” in ANY of the EA settings.

As for now, you can manually change the manage_profit_EA settings so they reflect $0.5 for every 0.01 lots trades.

Not sure what you mean. For my $100k 1:100 account, I have the manage_profit_EA settings:
close by pips profit = 3.0
close by $ profit = 5

Mine was set at $1 per .01 lots as per your earlier post. I noticed you updated the manual now to .50 per .01 lots traded. I have adjusted the settings in the EA. Is the new version uploaded yet in your web site? The current manual does not reflect the changes you mentioned.

I had an issue with the "detect balance" option. The EA won't trade if balance is under $1000. A lot of people will likely not follow my recommendations and trade the EA on a smaller account. I shouldn't restrict them...Even though I want to! lol. Trying to get this fixed before I release.

BlastBands V3.3 Is Now Available!


Update Includes....


1. Auto-detect account balance. This feature allows the EA to trade the correct risk based on your account balance size!

2. "Close at % profit" has been added. No longer will users need to change the $ profit settings in the EA. This is all based on % and account size now!

3. Manual has been simplified! Only 1 option in the EA settings needs to be changed to have the EA running perfectly. This is based on your broker leverage.

- ADR indicator has been added to help filter trades.

- "No trade time" function. This will allow us to potentially avoid volatile news hours. Especially helpful for none-scheduled news!

I am trying Demo from website, But getting this error. Looks like You may need to send us this Indicator (xADR_0.2renko buff.ex4) or is it available on the web somewhere?

Ahh crap. I forgot this new version needs the ADR indicator. Arghhh! The EA will trade without it in its current form but that error will come Up constantly. I’ll see if I can make a compiled version in the next 2 hours so people don’t need to install this ADR indicator.

Been doing some analytics with Quant Analyzer from 1/12/18 - 13/12/19. My main concern is that it held 102 trades over the weekend. So I ran a what-if scenario to exclude all trades on Friday, Sat and Sun ... this took the profit down from $16892 to $12634 which isn't too bad.

the BlastBands V3.3 zip now includes the ADR indicator. You can re-download it off the website.

I can't compile it yet to so it still needs to have the indicator in the indicators folder for now. I'll change this in the future.
