A/U trade... again scouts saved me, tried for a continuation trade here from post above and this is exactly what they are for... stopping you making a bigger mistake and saving you from yourself. scouts should always be expendable for these reasons.

yes, well said.

many people do well when they work in a job and do some swing trading. once they quit their job and wanting some action, makes them to do short term trades and go into negative territory.

i was blinded by emotions (the trust i had on the other person) when giving my money. now i am stuck. i am getting interest in piece meal. the big break will come when the principal is returned.

is very true my friend, yesterday is gone and history, now is already here and tomorrow is a mystery yet to unfold, so we can only use the now to try to create something for tomorrow, we can do nothing about the past events, they will be so do not dwell on them and eyes forward for change.

Oh, yes! And, like markets, also life is fractal, if we want to change something in Month TF, we could start at M1 TF...

UJ short @109.495, but no so confident with bears atm, partial close taked for no loss... will see...

I only have 2 women in my life (EU, UJ), I have been involved with my new girlfriend (GU), and today she has given me everything I needed. For that reason UJ has been angry, a little: half part at bottom, half at BE. I can not complain. NOW I'm paying more attention for a flirt against trend up, before dinner and back real family, to 109,510, we'll see ...

My friend, please I understand you addressed me the way you did out of respect, and I am very honoured by that but in my world view no one person is above or below another, your way of addressing me like that this not how I see myself or want anyone else to see me, I am just another person/trader trying to make his way in world, honestly either ‘my friend’ or ‘Phil’ is fine with me, we are all just at different points in our learning curve along our own individual journey’s, I write my journal because I was been given a gift by our friend fti and all he asked of us was to help others, I am only showing what I have learned along my own journey as pay back for what I was shown for free, I do claim or know that I have absolutely grasped and am showing is exactly what our friend fti has tried to teach us, he alone has the qualifications to this, I merely show my way of trading that I hope is somewhat in line with what he has tried to show us in his thread.

Something that has stuck with me from a young age when I was a mechanic repairing cars outside my house when I was first self-employed was a very religious guy across the road I used to speak to me a lot and played in a band at the Ritz hotel in London, one day he said to me ‘you know Phil rich people are just poor people with money never think you are different or be afraid of them’, unbelievably this profound thing that stretches across many things/boundaries has never left me! Hopefully you now understand why I have said the above.

In my personal private account I dance with up to 7 pairs at a time but I have honed my way of doing this over a long period of time now (11 years), what I show in my live account here was purely set up to demonstrate some of the things I have learnt along the way that helps me survive in this totally different world we now trade in, unlike most this is not my chosen thing to do, in fact this is as far removed from my ‘other life’ as you probably could get, I show things in charts mainly because I have trouble explaining myself due me being dyslexic and having some problems/issues with memory caused by an accident some 20 years ago now, I know it is hard to go through all my charts I post and most can not be bothered so I appreciate the few here that take the time to do this.

thanks you for your support my friend, it takes a while to adjust yourself to this trading thingy, for me it has become more about managing the current trade rather than thinking in terms of rescue or attack so much, now every trade is just another trade to somehow conclude.

Understanding what you say Phill, and I have your same opinion. Life has also taught me that there are no people above or below other people, and less for a reason of money, for a "title," or something similar. People are people, and the greatness is that we can all learn from EVERYONE, regardless of their condition or origin (although the ego sometimes betrays us and prevents us from seeing this reality).

I use the word ("Master") in a familiar and close way, as you say respect is in my words or my "intention", not in the title. Surely I would not feel comfortable with the word ...

Returning to the thread, I have been earning the first 9 months of this year steadily without using SL, but with a slow growth, this last third of the year I have "refined" the technical part to use SL, I am in it ... Encounter Two major difficulties in how you do it: the psychological part leaving operations open at night or on the weekend, and when to collect the benefit before it becomes a loss. These are my main scorpions.

if you are trading well and profitable may be best not to try to fix something that is not broken, everyone trades differently to me there is only one rule and that is to protect your capital.

the psychological part of what i do is not easy to deal with i know, it took me years to learn to disconnect and control my emotions to be able to do this, one way you can adjust yourself and the best place to start is finding out how we work and why we do and feel the things we do, the attachment to the money side is hardest thing to disconnect from, i practised in demo for months and months doing deep 1000 - 1500pip recoveries, this helps your mind adjust and understand that when trade size to account size is correct you are able to save yourself, you never lose the fear totally but you end up with a very healthy respect for what the market can do to you if you overtrade at all.
