Hi NoNonSenseFX,

I've backtested your EA on broker Octa, the EA was running on other pair but didn't work on XAUUSD although i've changed the max spread to 400.
What must i do?

test the EA with a demo account for forward testing. Backtesting is useless.

Does the order gap of 400 apply to every pair or only to XAU/USD due to the pips being different there?

No, 400 OrderGap is for Gold only. Other use default.

Got it.

I've got it running on 5 pairs in demo and it works... but for some reason Gold doesn't open any trades. Do you happen to know why? Set ordergap to 400. Increased Max Spread to 20, but still it won't open any trade. In the expert tab it doesn't say anything either.

try maxspread 200.
