A few questions if you don't mind .

This is from your very first post .


(This is how I trade). I wait until I see what I call railroad tracks, this is when the pair contracts and runs horizontal for several candles. When the pair breaks out of the blue box area. I use the 4 hour chart to tell me what direction the pair is headed and I use the 15 minute chart for the entry. The blue box area is the beginning of a cycle, then the second phase is the jail break. If the four hour chart tells you the pair is going down then you wait for the jail break to happen. A lot of times the pair will make a fake out move to the wrong direction. You need to wait until the fake out is over then enter the market. Remember look at the four hour chart before going to the fifteen minute chart to make a entry. The contraction area can be seen on any chart from one minute to the monthly. When you make your entry you'll be in the third part of the cycle this is when you'll make your profit. (The third part of the cycle will not end until the pair starts to contract) then you'll be able to put this in a box and start the cycle all over again like you see on my chart.

Look for a " M " or " W " inside the blue box. If this was a sell you can see the market manipulators whipsawed these oil traders up and down then they made the move out of the box to the lower side.

When you use with the 4 hour chart or the 1 hour chart these time frames are very powerful and they tell you where the market is going on any pair or even crude oil.

Note: These market manipulators can't stay in this box forever, they have to move out of the box and make the big money when they exit the box. So you have to be patient and wait for they're move out of the box. Remember there are 3 phases. The 1st phase is the contracted small horizontal candles, the 2nd phase is the whipsaw effect of trapping traders, the 3rd phase is the exit from the box where you make the entry to buy or sell and this is when you make the profit. And this 3rd phase doesn't stop until the pair or crude oil goes back into contracting small horizontal candles. (This isn't a lagging indicator, this is a real time indicator.)

What time frame is the chart you use for the candles? or is that a 4hr chart and you use this in conjunction with the 15 min

If the second box is the " jailbreak " it's always necessary to wait for the third box before entry . Correct .

For clarity (I'm stupid ) always wait for the third box after contraction ( I guess noticing the contraction and labelling comes with experience with your system .

I would refer to these types of moves as impulse moves and are very rapid . Most of the time it's very hard to catch such a move .

Apologies for all the questions . I've been trading for over 30 years before it was trendy and in vogue . I'm always open to new ideas and have admiration for anyone who has turned their trading style around .

You can use the 1 hour chart and then make a entry in the 15 minute chart. Or you can use the 4 hour chart and make a entry in the 1 hour chart. I use the 4 hour chart and make a entry in the 1 hour chart. It's a lot smoother.

After the reversal the 1st box is the first level, (this is the jail break box). I make a entry after the currency pair has left the box. If were at the 1st box and I know the pair is going up I will make a entry after the pair has left the box. Some traders will wait for the pair to drop below the box then they'll make their entry.

You'll catch on to the contraction phase (levels), just look for railroad track candles that are bunched together. This is normally when you see a pair ranging for 5-7 hours from 20-30 pips on a 1 hour chart.

I would recommend using the daily chart for direction, then drop down to the 4 hour chart and use the 1 hour chart for you're entry into the currency pair.

It takes a little time but once you have figured it out it will be worth it.

If you trade with the market maker you'll have a lot of trades turn against you.

I have question. This is from post 3,144 about the USDCAD.

"The reason why Trader Ron placed a entry when he did was after the pair reversed it moved up to the 1st level then the pair backed off in a counter move to make traders think it was falling or dropping again. When in reality its moving up to the 2nd level.

Trader Ron will tell you the same thing when he gets on here."

Just wondering what happened? I closed my sell trade.

On the H4, is price still going up to the 2nd level?

Looking at the 4 hour chart there was probably a lot more buyers than sellers which made a trade imbalance so the " MM " pushed the pair USD/CAD lower. I'm sure after all the buy traders have closed their trades the " MM " will resume moving the pair up to the 2nd level.

Yes that's always something i try to achieve so my charts are configured for those . So all the boxes are jail break boxes you're simply waiting for the contraction to finish and show direction out of the box in conjunction with the upper time frames daily ,4hr and 15 min for the entry . You then run the trade until further contraction occurs .

Is that a fair summary .

Thanks for your time . I probably have a few questions on how to get on the move and stay in without being whip sawed but I'll take a look through the thread .

To use this system correctly the trader needs patience and discipline. And then wait for the setup. If the " MM " has a imbalance of to many sellers or buyers he'll take the currency pair the direction where he can make the most profit.

The jail break system is designed to trade with the " MM ". It's accurate, but it's not perfect.

Thanks for posting. This is a really good chart to learn from using this 4 hour chart.
When you see the currency pair fail to move above the 3rd level you will know that the pair is going to move
lower. All you need to do is look to the left on this 4 hour chart and the chart is telling you there is a imbalance of buyers vs sellers.

This is why I'm letting everyone know that the 4 hour chart using the jail break system is the way to trade safer.

Use the 4 hour or daily for direction and use the 1 hour chart for the entry.
