Hi P, hope all is well.
your chart at 3.
I had posted earlier, we had a 15 hour consolidation period, plus a couple of inside bars on the 4 hour chart...
I can only speak of this one area.

I did trade it, but I went off the 00-00 4 hour bar break,
I did have a fail, I also would of had a fail if trading off the inside bar aggressively, BUT I would of fixed it quickly, today is a beauty, especially on a Friday and NFP.

the long was bad but made good when it dropped and broke the low.
I never like to say fail, as it is part of the plan, like casualties on a battlefield.

Cable, your 3rd box on chart, nicely consolidated, just by chance I traded off it with the 00-00 4 hour break.
because this was the second break of the 00-00 bar I am aiming for the daily range..Low being 13082 area,
BUT should it retrace I will close and then long after high break looking for 13189 area.

depending on the time of day, I will take notice of NFP coming .

Hi Tomasz. Welcome to the group. I am sure Poker willrespond when he is online during US session.
You need to get a couple things straight. Before that, let me advise you to find the pdf in the files section and read that along with PC charts examples.
1) the levels are best used for taking profits on. Pokerchip and I, on my better days, use the levels to get TP and if appropriate signal from PA, re enter, usually at a 10- 20pip better position than when exiting at that level. How to do that. Look for a fakey up in a downward moving trend level. use wedge formations when possible. bounces off TL, which often incorporate a wedge pattern of sorts.
2) No where is it written that after 3 levels we will have a reversal. It could be 5-6.
3 The end of a trend is pretty simple to identify using the railroad tracks on 1hr and 4HR. Hell even 15mins. Basically with more 15mins tight ranging candles. This is mostly efficient when it appears at a previous structural high, even better, extreme high. look for a fakey taking stops far left. I find looking at the daily and up, drawing s & R on those levels and leaving them only on your charts at the lower TF help with accuracy of pivots.

example 1 is perfect. top shows an M formation with the second peak taking out previous highs. Your levels are drawn correctly on ranging pullbacks meant to draw in buyers and sellers at each of the levels. The only issue is the R' reversal point. No guarantees that it follows 3 level. Keep an eye out for all the confluences at an extreme or significant structural level. Price doesnt always go to the very extreme, previous structure low. This is deliberate. Firstly to prevent large amount of previous sellers trapped and holding hoping for a reversal into profit or to be able to close at BE., secondly to create a slightly angled upward trendline that after 3-4 verifications will be easily and economically when the time is right and their sums add up, for the MM, to take a quick shoot down past the 3 closeby levels. Sometimes we miss the best entry but no matter.
