Well, if you are trading a live account, than of course a lower end leverage is a better idea to keep from sabotaging yourself and blowing an account with large lots on poorly made trades. I would suggest anywhere from 1:10 to 1:100 depending on your risk management. take care

On the other hand, high leverage is not a good option for demo practice; maybe new traders can check this feature but small trading leverage is always best.

leverage is a complicated issue in Forex trading which always contains huge risk and losses , which leverage is comfortable for avoiding risk , its a common question but difficult to answer , it depends on your trading plan, trading plan should be practical by long time trading experience , otherwise leverage can make you loser most of the time.

I agree, but as many people say the leverage is dangerous when you do not understand how quickly can happen margin calls. As long as you understand and know how to manage your risk all will be fine. SL is a must.

plan is important but it should be practical and realistic,
when trading with leverage there is no plan ,
as a result it causes unfortunate risk and losses.

You are absolutely correct and I completely agree, I just failed to mention the demo side of it. Until a person is comfortable and consistent with their trading methods, they should only be using realistic low leverage.

Exactly mate; realistic low trading leverage! On the other hand, unrealistic high leverage is a disease.

every kind of leverage ratio can bring positive result from trading if you have the capacity to manage risk , its a great skill and to be experienced is a long term issue but if you can be expert about risk management , then you are able to bring profit very rapidly by using any kinds of trading tool.

One has to start from somewhere. The earlier one starts, the better.

I agree. Its not necessary that someone with experience is a successful trader.
As far as leverage is concerned, beginners should try to use as less a leverage as possible. It only adds risk and risk must be avoided by beginners. So something like a leverage of 10-50x maybe but nothing more than that.

most of the time traders like to consider high leverage as risk , for all time i am not agree with that , if there is any risk it is completely with non-sense planning with zero risk managing policy , nothing without it.

its looks smart reply , but honestly speaking not practical message there is. because no way to avoid risk when using high leverage despite of most accurate trading plan.
