Alright this weeks pairs are locked and loaded! 12 valid pairs for this week.

I'm a little early on the opening but, this is the time I have to check the charts tonight.

Off to a good start. +145 pips.

If this was live I would have taken profit for the week.

I did forget to open the trades at the correct lot size for the account of 0.03 instead of 0.01 in which case the basket would have hit 5% profit. I'll let the basket ride and see where it goes, but another successful week none the less.

Interesting, however, with respect, could you tell me why you would have closed your winning trades already instead of moving your SLs?

I'm not greedy and I have my weekly/monthly trading goals so making 5% for the week is good for me lol. +5% for the week is a pretty decent profit for only one trading strategy. Sure you could trail your profit and is probably a good idea. I've left the trades open to see how they do this week.

How do you calculate your 5% profit target.i mean 5% of what ? My capital ?Another question I like to ask is if indicator is set to monitor trend from 4hr to monthly chart,what time frame am I going to pick mine entry from ? Is 4hr or something lower

I think its not that important. Yesterday after monday candle close i took a basket with 4 pairs where only the daily/weekly/monthly color matched. The basket was in profit today morning. When taking the 4 H color of the first 4 H candle of the day its the same as the daily candle color.

I took the EURCAD pair short ... what I noticed was that if I switch from the Daily chart to the Monthly chart, the indicator squares change color. The first pic is the daily chart ... the solid blue line intersects the indicators EURCAD. All 4 squares are red.

The Monthly chart shows different colored squares.

I also got similar problem at beginning. Try use original settings and Change the xy position only.don't Change the color .

I think the initiator of this thread uses H4 TF
That's probably while he can see at a glance the close of first H4 candle, before picking the pairs to trade.
Please can some one help me out here, i try to load the trend indicator in my mt4 platform but it is not coming up
Can someone please share how you guys determine your tp and sl ?

I calculate 5% based on my total account balance. The 5% is based on a total weekly target.

It could be anything though, you are welcome to choose your own weekly target whether it be in pips or % or in $, its up to you how you want to set your targets.

The indicator is set to monitor 4 time frames for overall trend direction, it does not matter what time frame you enter on.

When the indicator is loaded it does not change colors when switching time frame, I'm not sure why that's happening to you.
