Up to date LTC chart. The levels have held, but looks like we could be setting up for a move lower IMO

Eth the wedge is still in tact. Price bounced off the high side of the buy zone. Personally I'd like to see a move lower, deeper into the zone

The level previous pointed out in the last Btc chart posted has held to this point. Here again I'd like to see lower, and the move looks more corrective than impulsive IMO

Thank you sir!!! That post is what inspired me to do so. I thought it would be interesting to see. I also did an interesting play on one of my grid charts, using the overall swing low to high. Then cloned the cycle out three times, and made one overall grid across the three cycles instead of breaking it done as I normally would

I've been wrestling with counting time periods (candle counting), and been trying to think of a more effective way to do it

The other day, I started reading MSJ Squaring The Range [ after Secret Science, Secret Angle and Video ]

Price and Time are equal and inter-changeable [ key central theme to MSJ ]

I have been coming up with natural number ratio targets for trades (easy to calculate: price 1 / price 2)

Then it occurred to me:
Instead of trying to use date-time for time-based calculations, why not use Unix timestamp (epoch) equivalent?! (which is a single number, just like price)

I'm already in USDZAR trades ( https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...3#post12548573 ) so decided to track time targets using this pair for a start

Unix timestamps (seconds) [ bar opening time ]
(A) 1569992400
(B) 1570208400
(C) 1570554000

B/A = 1.00013758
C/B = 1.00022009
1.00013758 * 1.00022009 = 1.0003577

C/A [ peak to peak ] = 1.0003577

Further exploration: could 1.0003577 and its square roots be the time natural ratio for this pair currently?
It appears so. Confirming with a few other pairs (similar calculations). Should have a better picture by end of this new week

Fundiwambao, the fact you are clearly already off dead center and moving in a direction, I would like to see where it goes? You have already completed the hardest part(starting is the hardest part of anything we do, just start. Once started, it will roll on it's own). Right away, I can see you do not think inside the box. This type of thinking borders on genius. Let me know how it turns out?

But I think 1.0003577 is the result of ABC (a reference point for price and time on the chart). The sq root of 1.0003577 is 1.00017883401 and how to use it on the chart.

The sq root is 1.00017883401, really insignificant as it also point to the exact time of 1 Jan 1970.

1.0003577 is a RATIO between two time periods (the two peaks, to be precise).

Peak2 (Unix time) / Peak1 (Unix time) = ratio

Remember, we are trying to find the ratios in both time and price being used in the given pair. Time and price are interchangeable. Market turns when there is equality between the two.

Price has been easier ( swing top divide by swing bottom (or vice versa), and your S/Rs are multiples of that ratio or the square roots of that ratio )

The Gbpusd symmetry chart continues to be absolutely beautiful. We were at the same Price and Time area from the high point of the swing at 384 bars each way. If it continues we should see a move into at least the .375 level of the grid. As you can see we've done pretty much an inversion move of the highlighted area, which was expected. The real question is.. will we see a rally like the drop, prior to that swing low and continue the symmetrical movements??

Here's one on Gbpjpy where I was trying to time at least a near term turn, that is working out pretty well at this point. I thought I had posted the chart, but can't find any records, or saved charts, so obviously I didn't. Anyway had had started to see signs of a possible turn here so I had scaled it out. As you can see Friday we are at exact Price and at exact Time 44 bars each way from the low, and the .625 of the grid level. Absolutely beautiful!!! Now the question is.. will we break this level, and hit the .50 grid level???? There is one thing that I have noticed, and is a very common theme. On a turn, or possible strong retracement. Price very often hits the 50% level much faster then the original swing move either up or down. Quite often price will hit the .50 level within the .25 to .375 time levels. Sometimes before we even get to the .25 time level. Then it will continue the back to the original direction, or consolidate above/below those levels where price will continue to bounce between levels (consolidate). Then allowing for Time to catch up to Price, therefore coming back into symmetry, or Time meeting price once again.
