that one took 21 minutes.

Is there a time limit on how long a scalp should take?
It's bad luck to be superstitious

No; there is nothing like fixed rule; but not a long time for sure!

Not at all; but scalping is known as short-term trading style; so hold it until your SL & TP!

{quote} hello Mate, what you think as a scalper which challenge is most important when scalp in practical ?
Ignored
For scalpers there are more challenges than other kind of strategies. Spread, execution time, slippage, order not filling, commission and swap, mind not acting quick enough, stress and other enemies which affect your trading. It’s known that scalpers can earn big money and double their accounts in no time, but in order to do that you must have discipline and self-confidence. Your trading must be empty of feelings and stress. You must choose brokers with really low spread and commission, you must choose your trading pair based on the same idea and that can have an effect even on your trading strategy.

Quick money is good but if you win. It is unfortunately quick as well when you lose.
I believe that scalping only works with martingale which I hate as it is not money management/risk friendly.
I dont think I have strong enough nerves for scalping, but if someone have an EA that 100% works, I will be happy with getting rich quicker.

scalping is really profitable but sometimes it causes a huge risk , if you have little balance then this trading approach can be dangerous for sometimes, so be careful when using this trading approach.

One needs to make sure that the broker does allow scalping and that their spreads are narrow.

If you want to make big profits in scalping then you will have to increase your leverage which will significantly increase the risks.

EVERY trader its scalping pips from the market (or at least trying), the time used for that or the targets pips doesnt matter..

Why is that??

because the the core foundation of price moves and therefore the analisys its the same and never changes..

New traders being unaware of the market conditions should keep the leverage low in start because higher leverage can claim higher damages as well.

Scalper prefer shorter timeframe like M1, M5. They trade for couple of pips. It generally takes 5 to 10 minutes.

If you are not sure about doing that, I suggest obtaining some more knowledge and practicing to clear your doubts.

knowledge and practicing at the same time is very good combination, but honestly speaking i have seen most of the traders we have always try to bring profit with no learning , as a result they fall a great trouble when trading in practical.

Well scalping is not an easy trading style. It must be practiced only after some good experience in forex trading else chances of disappointments are high. A scalper needs to be super alert and quick in making decisions and that only comes with time and practice.

Leverage just gives us buying power. It's the skills that need the most to be profitable in scalping. A trader needs to understand the market very well to become successful in scalping.
