Why 15 pip distance with "survive" 300 when you can set grid 50-75-100 pip and not worry that a 300 pip will dd you heavily ?
Working in finance and being blown by a 300 pip move without retrace ? That's gambling and if you look at history, these kind of moves happen often.
Partial profits are good also such as, retrace x pips and you're in 15 positions, consider taking profit for last x positions that are in profit and reopen them if price continues the initial move.

Grid is too big and profits are small ? That's capital issue and it can't be solved without investment.
Don't sweat at news moving market and spread those positions across several pairs.
You might close a position every week or every 2 weeks but you're working on 6-8-10 pairs so technically you close one every two days.

Have a look at gold where it is now.
I'd set a grid on short at current level with start 1500 and continue with 1525 / 1550 and so on with tp is the area of 1350.

. . . . . . .
it's ok...
everyone has it's own MM setup

I'm talking about "optimising" here
TS also want someone here to optimize her EA

in fact my MM is more complicated, and this is based on my experience in real market (FT), no BT
i just tell the setup in a nutshell

[edited] ok la i will tell little more
300 pips is based on 1 pair
i run 4 pair so i calculate my MM to survive a total of 1200 pips

Hello,

Reading all the pages here was quite enjoyable.

i setup this EA to a cent account. Starting good but not workling stable.

1- Sometimes does not accept lot quantity. My multiply is 1.10 and starting 0,6 lot(cent couunt) sometimes doesnt open new sell/buy and give this errors :
-- GoWithFlow USDJPY,M15: buy failed with error #4051
-- GoWithFlow USDJPY,M15: invalid lots amount for OrderSend function

Maybe we can solve this problem to define a decimal max 2 for lot size. for example with multiply 1.1(%10) first buy 0,6 after 0,67 after 0,737 not bought. if we can rounding decimals to 0,74 maybe it works well.

2 - Maybe TP and SL numbers can be displayed. for example if VPS made a mistake all open orders live withour any TP or stop loss so it will be damage our portfolio.

If can somebody edited this revisions i will be think to use it real account.

I faced the same issue no matter which setting or magic number inputted, then I've done some code tweaks and fixed it but would require your feedback especially forward testing the updated version.
I would really appreciate if @kashifnawaz reviews/approves it or even better if shares MQ5 version.

I tried this EA on Real Cent account for a week and came to know that this EA is not working as per given strategy (excel sheet) and it was really badly coded. Lot of bugs there. So I would not recommend any one to use this on real account.

Can anyone add the time sleep between orders? This option is must have to prevent the spike in a short time.
These are my accounts. Real: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/mrle...lation/3527559
Demo: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/mrle...-hedge/3532281
I believe that you can not win if you let the EA trade 100% the time.
I use this EA as a tool, and I monitor my accounts always.
I detect the trend and then let the EA follow it.
The GridDistance will not be fixed, I will change it due to the volatility and the range of price

There are big news today. So stop the EA or at least you must increase the distance and the take profit to reduce the risk

Let's take a look:
http://www.myfxbook.com/members/mrle...lation/3527559 or https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/631435
An other real account with more profit (+64%): https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/633811

Dont copy these accounts if you dont know how the EA works. I use this EA only as a tool and the Accounts always be managed.
Always define the trend and the distance before running the EA.

Let see this statement: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/fxc...harger/1744841
It looks very impressive at the first sight. But be careful.
You can use the EA on this topic to trade like that (with some code added).
I ensure that the EA is not profit and will burn your account without managed

It doesn't look like Correlation, it's look like martingale.

to limit the dd i suggest to add equity target option.
i use it in my strategy.
suppose your starting equity is 10.000 . when your equity becomes 10040 you close all trades
and restart from scratch. you can give input parameter such es
extern double EquityTarget=40; and change it in your ea.
this along with tuning distance grid can improve the management.

This account is not mine. This one is manipulated, I ensure that. It uses very simple logic. You can use Gowithflow EA to trade like that.
