i keep popping in here.
I am currently taking stats for FTSE for past couple of days and could do with sleeping. lol

I spent weekend looking at FTSE & cable...trying to find a link that will stick,
I found a few patterns,
Also looked at hour by hour during London hours......interesting but patchy, I hope u find something lucrative..!

First chart is a couple of years old but shows clearly the negative correlation FTSE v GBP Index.

Second chart is right up to date (1 year).

Third chart is GBP Index v USD Index.

Great stuff.... it's partly because ftse is mainly made up of exporters so a fall in the pound is good for ftse and visa versa if I'm correct

Hi SF, after Mr T making a FTSE Post, i had a look and WOOOOOOOOW. i saw so many signs, tails,levels, breaks on open, retrace .
i have have spent hours and hours for the last 3/4 days manually checking.(Yes, manually checking).
The best thing i have seen is,,,, we have great opportunities to compound due to the ranges we have after the breaks.
Still checking and have started trading it.(only once so far).
Trade well.

Hi P, i was just going to post the same thing.....and yes correct.
I dont trade fundamentals as you know (Just lines).but it is a fact RE:- ftse V pound.
