Daily Outlook for Monday

I added S/R levels on my shark pattern chart to mix up everything and show how I see the situation on one chart..

  1. MOFU mid level (balance area) sits at 1.10065 and will likely show supportive PA on Monday together with the one notch lower located 1.0979 level..
  2. On the upside bulls still have to break 1.1060 level to proceed further with potential shark that completes minimum around 1.1233 area..

Not much to say.. we must see how the descending blue support zone on chart behaves inside next week..

Please go to babypips.com, you will learn a whole lot from there. I finished their programme before coming to forex factory. It took me almost a year to complete the school of pipsiology, and did i mentioned that it's totally free? Yes it is free. Goodluck mate

This is my idea for the next week, or at least 3 days. This will be data heavy week, and starting right off the bat with lots of EU data on Monday and a Draghi testimony.

Key question is, watch what will happen at 1.11 - if it burns through the supply there, it is for sure going higher up.

PS. Blue is the idea, purple is probably too boring and improbable given all the economic news and data.

1w chart, excuse all the mess, just pay attention to the thick orange and green - that's what's important.

You will note here are two possibilities, we go down to a lower low around 1.090 and then probably break upwards, or we break upwards even sooner than that, without even going much below 1.10. While there are other possibilities, I think these are the two most likely.

Everything seems to favour the bears for the start of this week:

Both the fundamental backdrop and all the trends from Weekly to H1 are bearish.

While there are some signs of a bottom forming on the daily from 1.0926, bulls shouldn't feel too confident while it's still in the D1 down channel and below the major resistance zone between 1.1060 - 1.1075
Believe you can and make it happen.

By now on wave B it break blue Trendline and back to retest for confirming this breakout.

TP hit at 1,0986 from 1,1048 s posted earlier.
Now sideline waiting for next signal but looks in really bad shape eur now.
