Thanks again for the great live stream, Damian.

I took a short today and once price made a NSL decided to lock in some profits between the 38% and 50% ratio of the new main swing.
+30p for today.

I’ll post the live stream link later on. We started earlier to cove a couple of things and I also wanted to mention some fundamental components you want to have as part of these advanced patterns.

1. The anchor leg must be a main swing of an order flow larger, intermediate or short term.

2. The pattern adds confluence and does not stand on its own.

3. The pattern is in harmony with what the market is working towards.

Here is my trade of today. Expectation was NSL and I had structure on the left and price was accelerating to the downside so I entered. The trade would have reached my 1:1 target but I trailed a little more aggressively because of the stronger structure I had right in front of me. I ended up my day with a +29

Often, people do pretty well in paper trading.

But in live trading, all hell breaks loose.

This is proof that the predicament is fundamentally a mindset one.

Very true. If one can't paper trade (demo trade) like they have real money at risk, then they have a higher probability of not doing well regardless if it is a live account or not.

Don't practice with real money until you can paper trade like it is real money.

Once you are trading with real money, still follow your plan.
Luck has no place in trading. Leave that for the poker table.

Took this short on EURJPY. price is holding up at 88% fib. Need the bears to come with full force. good structure to the left which needs to hold

This blue dashed box got tested twice (yellow circles). Then the bulls made a strong effort to get to the top of it. So, if the bulls really want a New Structure High, they will need to move up and beyond the range which is the blue range , which is also in a range that we were in last week.

No I got the rotation. I just have no order flow and lack of structure to the left and stop placement may be vulnerable
