If the EUR/USD exits the box to the south I wouldn't place a entry until it clears 1.10161

I missed this pair, NZD/CAD would have been a good one to trade.

Waiting to see if the EUR/USD can break 1.10595, if can do that I'll be a buyer.

Note: When you use the box to make a entry on the 15 minute chart. Some times you may have to 5-7+ hours on the 1 hour chart and 12-24 hours on the 4 hour chart before you know for certain where a pair is heading. But what the box also does is take the fake outs that force you to close a trade costing you money. The box helps the money management end of trading. This box is far from perfect, but it will tell in the end where the market manipulators really want to take a pair.

Here is a example on the 1 hour chart on the NZD/CAD pair where you had to wait 7 hours before you knew where the pair was heading.

Okay, this is a really good example the way this box works, the pair is the EUR/AUD and it's on the 4 hour chart. Count from the bottom up and you have 4 blue boxes. In the top box you have to wait 80 hours until the pair leaves the box. No fake out, no ranging, it just leaves the box and it heads lower for 24 hours then it goes into consoldation into another box and it does this two more times. Right now the pair is contracted and it's in another one of my boxes. Lets see where goes this time. Does it go up ? does it keep it's course to a lower low ? We have to wait and see.

It will be better if you call it as soon as it happen.

Why not draw the bottom of the box at 1.10161 instead?

At this point I would like to see what this four hour candle does. It might reverse and go north trapping traders. When you have a contraction which is the 1st stage of a 3 stage cycle. You want to wait until the 3rd stage to make the right entry. I would say later on tonight you'll see Gold start to range and then when it stops ranging you'll be able to see the right direction. Always remember this, the right direction will never be in a hurry, it will nice and slow. I hope this helps you.

The reason why I don't draw a box over the 1.10161. This is a good question, look to the left and you can see railroad track candles. When you see railroad tracks that's telling you change is coming. And when there is a candle that runs up or a candle that runs down away from these railroad tracks this the beginning of ranging. And the candles dropped down and out of the box then candles ran to the north out of the box. After all this action the candles then came back to the middle of the box which is a neutral area. When a 4 hour candle runs north out of the box and closes this is buying indication and when 4 hour candle runs south out of the box and closes is a selling indicator. Please remember you'll need several candles in a box on a 4 hour chart. The reason for the box is to see railroad tracks which is the 1st stage, then comes the ranging up and down this is the 2nd stage when the ranging stops and the next 4 hour candle is up or down from the box. This is the beginning of the 3rd stage, this where you make the entry into the market and make the profit and ride it until you think the ride is over. The box teaches you to be patient, and the longer you wait for the 3rd stage the more accurate you'll become. It takes time, but it's worth it. Start on the 4 hour chart, make the entry on a 15 minute chart. The 4 hour chart will tell you when the ride is over, it's the authority over all lower time frames. Good luck.

I've said it before and I'm going to say it again. When a pair is stair stepping down " you always want to be selling and the box will be above you in the trade ". Never place a buy order when the box is above you.

If you are going to make a buy in a pair, or gold or silver, please make sure that the box is below you on the chart.

This way you'll always trade with the market.

If this candle closes where it's at right now or above to where it's at right now I would be a buyer. Your looking at the beginning of the 3rd stage. The 3rd stage on average runs a minimum of 5-6 hours. This is where you make your profit and this is where having patience pays off. Once you become a discipline trader, you can't wait until the next day to trade.

Updated chart for the 4 hour EUR/AUD. Now all those traders that sold in the 4 candles in the blue box are stuck and probably going to have to close out their trades. This is what happens when you buy or sell in the box. Inside the box is the kill zone for the market manipulators, they are the hunters and the retail traders are the prey. How do the market minipulatrs make they're money ? by getting these traders to close out of the trades. This trend will now run slow and steady for at least the next 5 hours. So the next time you want to pull the trigger and buy or sell make sure that you're in the 3rd stage of the cycle, " the slow and steady trend with the market. "

I am following the EURUSD at the moment and the price is still in the box. However at this moment in time 10.00am BST price has made a big move south and has formed an M (1 hour TF) still in the box.

Could get interesting later? Crude oil inventories figures this afternoon.

The EUR/USD looks like it wants to retest the 109 area again.

If Gold passes the bottom of the blue box to the left I would be a seller. Also if you look at the box a " M " is beginning to form.

The EUR/GBP stayed in the box 44 hours before showing which way the market manipulators wanted to take it.
