I'm pretty happy to all it a day there.

I have ''stuff'' to do in the great out-of-the-doors and I am more than happy with that bag, especially as it's...guess what...FRIDAY!!!

I like to ask you if you have traded daily wick zone from advanced alien civilisation? If yes do you have any recommendation, advice? Thanks

Hi. Yes, I have traded and will still trade if the notion takes me) DWZ. I will also always have in mind where they are on every method I use. I will have them set on a separate screen for ease of reference and clarity.

The method is sound and statistically rock solid.

As for recommendations and advice - I don't know that there is much to add to the basic concept. Price always wants to leave the Wick Zone and in the case of the original method, the Daily, it will do so greater than 80% of the time.

I always look at price coming back into the body but an outside break is also ''allowed''.

As for pairs or any preferences that way, not really. I'd need to do a run through in detail to see if there are any that are more or less useful but off the top of my head, I can't say. Look for those with lots of movement.

You can play the game straight, as I said, or mix in a dash of RAT Zone as well, as the two methods are obviously kissing cousins.

It's a good choice - and I use WZ theory in all of my trading now, as although the original method is based around the Daily, the principle operates on every time frame.

Thank you very much for great explanation as always. Have a couple of cold lagers on me. It's 26° here in Midlands.

Edit: do you have any freely available indicator for the wicks? I'm using latest TooSlow for yesterday candles.

I noticed the CHF/JPY pair has the most wicks on daily time frame from all 28 pairs I'm watching.

Also Lem, with your locking bad trade into limbo and opening new one in the way of price is moving with double lot size, it's like a second chance. It just clicked in my head. Maybe this was the missing thing to be successful with HoLo and simple as 123 trades.

I would be very, very, cautious with any dealings with pairs containing the CHF, as it is notoriously manipulated by the SNB. I keep my barge-pole handy at all times. DWZ is one of the few methods that it could be worth making the exception for.

As for using countering for HOLO and 1-2-3 You have hit on my magic-sauce.

I use this on both methods and HAL knows this - however - never ever mention using the technique on either thread. It is totally against TS' concepts and they are his threads. It would also confuse the hell out of any newbies. Just use it and keep it as your own little secret.

Haven't been betting much on horses lately.

Lem, I found it what I was looking for.

Edit: Lem, do you have any stats of trading these pairs on 1H bar from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.UK time? Basically after London open.
