Disliked{quote} You really know how to milk the market! Its great to watch but I don't think I have the skills to emulate it!Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks - but a large aspect of that is state-of-mind. I have been in this game a very long time and when I began, I specialised in Daily, Weekly and even Monthly time frames, typical fund bread-and-butter trading. The way I developed my scalping came about as a realisation that techniques are transferable in certain methods. This being a classic example, as you could look at those charts above and see 1-month in place of 1-min and play them pretty much the same way. I, in effect, just got faster-and-faster at executing the trades! To reintroduce...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Interestingly I am trying a stripped down version of Itchi ! But before I continue I have to pick up visitors ( staying for a couple of weeks). But will pop in sometimes to seek refugeIgnored
Disliked{quote} Not just referring to Dax. I have hundreds of hours chart watching, if not thousands, and even though this isn't the answer nor holy grail. It gives an insight on how the markets behave. Never forget, it is the few big boys who are causing the movement. So we have movement at times which goes beyond reason. and it isn't all clear cut and definitely not txt book. Which brings me to statistics. Stats never lie? And frequency distribution shows bias which can be traded. Trade well.Ignored

Disliked{quote} That 5-min chart above is HA candles + the Kijun sen and that's it, T, if that helps give any inspiration.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Tis all a gamble in the end. So watching stats, and levels etc simply tilts the odds in your favour. A simplistic view I know, but that's me William,Ignored
Disliked{quote} Very similar apart from HA candles. The Kijun acts as a baseline. Definitely going now - Mrs T said so !!Ignored
Disliked2150 has been a key number for some time. Looking for a close on the 1h below that then target yesterday's low area and below. 2100 would be good and easily within daily range. Could of course go the other way. {image}Ignored
DislikedDon't normally follow this but it does seem to have broken a significant number at 1500. Cable is doing silly things - took a gain this morning and got out at good time. Going back scalping (Lem style) until Brexit nonsense is over. Took a gain and a loss overnight on A/J with the advisor. That's ok still running at 1:2. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks - can't wait. Spikes on cable like earlier today are just going to kill you. So here we go again 1 min and 200 trades a day.Ignored
