Is there any solution, indicator or pin to give neutral signal for a specified amount of up and down of ATR levels(that for any pairs would be different)?

Levels itself do that. When price is so far it don't have signal

What are you running exactly?. Looks you are using many instances or a heavy resources tool

Only 4 instances? Then you should not have that usage. Pivots not uses much cpu/memory. Is not fully optimised but formula is not complex for kill computers. Really is a light tool

I use 2 full tests with more 20 tool instances ( some really heavy ) and its not high. Cpu is i7 4510U then its not much powerful...
