Nigpig was so kind to share his dashboard but somehow we are having problem with it.

I hope someone can share a dashboard which only warns and pushes alerts when any fx pair passes or touches to 4H extreme TMA lines. At least 28 pairs would be great. To me, I do not care about upcoming setups or breakouts. Just need a working dashboard that shows 4H TMA warnings for any currency pair including the exotic pairs. Then I can check my own setups. If anybody things the same way, please support this idea hoping someone help.

Not sure about spotting valid setups. For example, in this EURCAD M15 chart, would it have been ok to take a trade as identified on this chart, at the bounce off the H1 TMA? And what about the next bounce off the M15? The H1 slope says it's -0.27 so would it mean only look for shorts? But the TMASlope says -0.11, ranging, so potentially look for both setups? Seems a bit confusing :/

I took a look at Nigpig's dashboard with the idea of modifying it for my use which included having more pairs (yes, possibly 28),
but in this moment have neither the time or the inclination to tackle it. I have already written a dashboard with 28 pair on it
and it may be easier for me to modify that for this purpose. Again, in this moment, I have other higher priorities.

Nigpig's platform code will have to be modified to be able to load more pairs. You can however go in and change which pairs you want and put
them in any order you want, but you are limited to the number as it is coded (20 as I recall).
Modifying it to show just the H4 break is not such a large task.


Edit: Also regarding the question, "What does "Break(Bar3) below" or "break (bar 5) above" mean?"
The dashboard calculates 7 moving averages that are shifted, like the Alligator indicator. The result of each MA is then multiplied by the H4 ATRmultiplier. So when price breaks above or below an extreme tma line, price might also go higher and is indicated by the break (bar x) comment.

the first entry, i think when u observe the chart at that time, M15 slope will be < -0.3 so no trade, the second one is a good setup, u can also see a support here, lets see how it go
p/s: when i write this comment, h1 slope is -0.4, it changed so slow

Thanks for you input. Now that I look back (and with the power of hindsight), a better setup would have been the short earlier where price touched both M15 and H1 upper band, with a slightly negative slope (around -0.23).

sad to say but no trade at that point, because TMA repaint so much, this is the picture i used mt4 tester to test TMA at that time. but dont worry there is no 100% strategy, i think this strategy can make 70% winrate, be patience, read last 50 pages, u will find some good ideas and good setup soon

Dear Kaydoubleyou,

Thank you for your explanations. If you can find time to modify your dashboard, would you mind considering the number of pairs to be around 90 pairs, so that we can observe every single pair even the exotic ones? If I am asking something very difficult, please excuse me because I never have any idea on how difficult the coding is.

Im having problems with the Exreme TMA info 0.40 that I downloaded from the first post, for some currencies works as it should and for others like USD/CHF or AUD/USD is not working please see attached pic.

How to solve this

Hi, at first ti tpl was working just fine, however, i has to reinstall my mt4 and now i cant get the tpl to load correctly, i have installed and uninstalled the tpl and indicators, but i cant get it to work correctly, any sugestion?
I uploaded the screenshot i get.

This problem is about the missing historical data. You have to download historical data for every time frame.

If we trade on 4h, do we look at the D1 slope for the direction?

Hey from my short experience yes I have taken the larger time frame into consideration in taking a trade.

I've been trading off of the daily timeframe and I look at the weekly to make sure its also agreeing with my trade and look at the lower time frame to see if it is running out of steam..

I haven't lost a trade since I've started and am up 10%!!

Thanks. From my own observations, this strategy is basically following the trend of the bigger TF. If you trade 4H, look at D1 trend. If you trade 1H, look at 4H trend. I've been scalping the 15m charts following the 1H trend this week. I'm also up about 10%. The only loss was me trying to pick the bottom and trade opposite the 1H trend.

I've actually read the entire thread but I'd like to hear what you mean?

Surely the higher TF slope has some bearing on your trade decision?
