Alphac this is my idea for buying GBP/CHF H1. What do you think? what is your plan for GBP/CHF? {image}
This the same box on GBPCHF 1hr, showing a 2 bar pinbar doing just that.
And the 4hr chart showing a 2 bar BUOB a couple of days later.
So I'll be looking for the area to hold price, then a breakout and return with PA. If price breaks out and the line holds as support it's just the same in reverse.
Here is the Daily chart, a clear S & R area, price could reach it and bounce straight off, I'd prefer to see price being held here first just to validate the area, it's just added confirmation. (Mike called it localisation in his videos)

GBPCHF 1hr chart, a follow on from the GBPCHF discussion. This is the 1 hr chart again, price was held in the blue shaded area, then price moved higher and fell back. There was no obvious PA on the 1 hr, there is a 2 bar pinbar, but the close was quite high on the red candle. If you look down at the 15 minute chart (2nd pic) there was also a 2 bar pinbar (arrowed) with a better close and a price drop after.
Maybe this isn't the best attempted breakout and you have to remember these lines are often zones rather than pinpoint prices where price is held, but where the localisation is (see above) gives you a good idea what level to play off.
