Hello. According to the rules of the TMA extreme system, the value of the slope in H4 must be greater than +0.30 if we look for long, or higher than -0.30 if we look for short ones. My question is, if I hope that a slope reaches those values, we do not miss many pips? Thank you.

Turn on the slope change value on the indicator it should give you a solid idea and if the trend is changing to the positive and at what degree. Also anything to consider is when you enter in a negative slope over -0.30 it could just continue to fall. Those arrows on my chart are when the signal is positive or negative 0.25 + rsi trigger.

Hello again,
nobody answered my questions in the previous page but it does not matter, i think this method is great even if the thread looks dead.

Which kind of MM do you use? The AL rule of 100pips or what else. I tried ATR and 100pips and both works but i appreciate your consideration, i am not an expert trader i have a lot to learn!

My monitor is showing different slopes compared to the TMA system. I put all files in the expert folder and just loaded the template on a new chart. Am i doing something wrong??

Am I the only one who did not understand what the H4, D1 break signals are on the dashboard?

What does "Break(Bar3) below" or "break (bar 5) above" mean? I would appreciate if you can show with a screenshot because to me, the signals and the charts are not corresponding.

Hello everyone!

I'm a novice in the FOREX trading community, and I am learning the processes and methods of MetaTrader 4. I stumbled upon this thread yesterday, and I'm eager to try this TMA system for my trades! However, I can't seem to be able to install the files or template properly within MetaTrader. Could someone walk me through the process of installing said files from Post 1?

I have the same problem. Looking at EURNZD at open today, its breaking the lower H4 TMA. The indicator says in green: Break(Bar5) Above
AUDUSD: The indicator says in green: Break(Bar4) Above. But there is no action on AUDUSD, its floating around the middle of the channel. I'm lost on this one.

The indicator has potential, we just need to understand it better.

I beleive everybody is having the same problem. We all are looking at the same charts but somehow Noone is complaining about it

I think, only Nigpig can clarify the case since he created it.

What is the benefit of using this repainting indicator or a non repainting one? Has anyone had success using this strategy? It seems very hit or miss.

There are over 15000 posts in this forum. How many did you read? Even 50?

I was active with this in 2011-2012. I assure you, it works. The question is, do you understand it? If you understand it, can you apply it?

I used the repainting version initially because there was no other choice. Repainting is not an issue in real time. It is an issue only if you try to analyze charts by scrolling back. After the non-repainting indicator was available, I soon switched to that because I often wanted to scroll back and do studies of old data.
