for FCA clients, they will not do anything, but they are registered as

  1. Member of HF Markets Group
  2. HF Markets (SV) Ltd
  3. Incorporated in SVG
  4. Registration number 22747 IBC 2015

as a business company, not as a forex broker, so, if they do anything fraudulent activities, there is no security for hotforex SV clients.

So what for they applied for FCA regulations? There should be some implications for them, probably improved accounting standards or something else. I don't think they did that just for fun

I double checked on their website and they do seem indeed to have multiple regulatory agreements, including a proper FCA: https://photoshar.in/HFmarkets-FCA-regulatory

Hi
I opened a live account with HF yesterday and having problems with their charts.
Their charts are not downloading the candles and indies from my saved template, however they are trying to rectify this since yesterday but nothing positive as yet.

when I compared their chart to ICM I notice that the candle formations are different and I asked them about it and their response was that they cannot comment on other brokers. I'm just wondering if this is something to worry about. See the attached charts.

Yes, you can see it clearly in the last candle as this candle is still "live" not yet closed.

Did you make these screenshots at the same time? Check how the prices behave on 1M timeframe probably you can find the answer.

Also remember that liquidity providers are different among brokers so prices can sometime differ too.. it is decentralized market

I received an email from them after 2 weeks. They gave me the same explanation as you have regarding the liquidity providers.
Maybe they have seen your response here and decided to use it as it sounds like a logical explanation....haha

Don't fall in their trap. The brokers bonus programme is a trap. I used hot forex for several years but never had an issue. I never took bonus from them and that was the main reason.

yeah one should understand the bonus before acquiring them, its true, i trade on hotforex with no bonuses, simply stick smaller lots and lesser leverage. it works better that way

Bonuses can be tricky because chances are that the new traders might never reach to the required threshold in the start to claim withdrawal or whatever the terms could be.. However for those who does not want to avail the bonus has always the choice to start trading with no bonus accounts.
