For the mouteki method, another way to improve might be to use the rules disqualified the break so it would reduce the loss after entering, I remember saw something like that.
I also tried coding Vegas4H(We always did the same thing^-^). The result is bad. The problem is, the slope of EMA8 changes frequently during a trend, it might not cause fake signals to trade manually, but it hurts a lot in an EA.
I just did a simple test, use TDSetup as entry and Vegas1H as exit, the result is profitable(about 1.3-1.9 profit factor depends on the stoploss) on EURUSD with much less trades than the original Vegas1H. I haven't looked through all the losses, but I feel TDCombo might behavior better. Another feeling is, the TDSeq might do better on big timeframes, to combine with Vegas4H should be better.

Quoting ahaDislikedThe mouteki EA is an accurate implementation (not necessarily profitable though) of the Mouteki system posted in FF, unless they added more filters recently. There were few bugs reported but I can't reproduce on my platform, other than that, it's pretty accurate.
I implemented the TD filters for entry and exit on Mouteki EA (did I release that version?). The result wasn't very impressive, those filters kill as much good trades as bad trades.
I didn't implement the vegas 1H, but I did for the 4H one, the result suffers from the lagging effect of weekly trend identifier. But I can see it being a good combination. It's like knife system, but instead of entry on the slope change of an EMA, entry on TL break at high fibo may give higher win/loss ratio. But is clam working on somthing like that?
I will allow myself being a little lazy for a while and let you guys pick up whatever strategy you are interested. Of course I will offer my help when it is needed.Ignored
