Just like when price spiked from 1.1175 I shorted above 1.12 but when I saw the momentum I knew I was wrong and got out of the way. The more people shorted, the more it flew until it got to 1.134x. Now next week is the Fed, if they leave rates same this pair can easily see below 1.11. Not nice for bulls, but the guys selling this thing down don't care and they are not joking.

Outlook for Next Week

  1. Previous week's long blue candle achieved a clean breakout from the red trendline on chart below. The breakout happened around 1.1222 price level and we naturally expected that market is supposed to act bullish after that. (Also remember my Shark pattern that I keep sharing on Daily chart which also correlates with this bullish bias).
  2. Of course almost after every major breakout there is a retest towards the breakout level. That's exactly what happened this week. The annoying part though was that the larger part (almost the whole move) of this drop happened in the very last day of week where many would least expect it, including me.
  3. So.... that means we are now testing previous breakout level. Since this level is a descending trendline we can't simply fix it to 1.1222. Instead we have to shift it down every new week along the red trendline. Therefore, the support area for coming week shifts down to 1.1192 as marked on chart.
  4. But there is also a larger support area from much earlier weeks and sits roughly at 1.1175 area. Next week we also have to take this level into consideration.
  5. Long story short: Starting from Monday we have to wait and see if 1.1175/92 area acts supportive or not. If new weekly candle closes below this zone it would simply mean that bears want to go to next support level: 1.1075.

You are saying a move of more than 2 cent down vs just a little over 1 cent up. Not a good bet.

On the plus side, with ranging markets like this, would not have to pay for the lost bet for a while.

Well on my chart 1.1190 is a big level now. If we get below there probably going down a good bit

I share with you my latest forecast on the forum. I am not afraid of that. This is probably my best prediction of all that I have given. This is very accurate. I repeat, we will not break yesterday’s low Monday will be bullish and we will see 1.1280
