Low volume node indicator (MTF)

I am looking for an indicator that instead of the POC, shows the opposite; the lowest volume node, and mark a horizontal line at it (just like POC). I've seen indicators around that do just this, but they are all for ninjatrader and the like unfortunately. Is there anyone that knows of this type of indicator (MTF) for MT4? thanks!
