If price close above 200 ema in 4 hourly chart , does it enough confirmation for the resistance break ? Or any other kind of second confirmation is required ?. I am asking generally.
sell strength in falling markets, and buy weakness in rising markets.

in my point of view if you lay on the 4h tf 200 ema, why we should lay on lower tf brake?

Short 1.1229. Should have shorted 1.1237 if I had seen it but I'm busy at the office. SL at 1.1260. I believe there should be complete correction of yesterday's spike. I hope I'm right. TP down below.

I don't rely too much on H4 charts because candles vary from broker to broker and may create confusion.. but a simple snapshot won't hurt.. Here is my basic view for the rest of this day and week.. A break above 200 EMA might not be enough for confirmation..

  1. I will watch fib 78.6 area: especially up until 1.1247 there might be a lot of bearish pressure.. Selling spikes seems to be smart.. (but of course it is risky).. so trade safe..
  2. Bearish targets might be limited with 1.1190/1200 area..

we saw a lot of times break and right after that it retrace.
but in my point of view its enough if higher tf show us a bigger and clear picture

I like checking in on this thread as it offers a challenge to any bias I may or may not have about the EURUSD. I chip in my 2cents worth if I feel the need. No more complicated than that. Its a great thread and just goes to show that we are all wise to be humbled by the market when our thoughts are out of alinement with whichever way it goes.

Best not to gamble as you have max your trade size. I do predict it will hit 1.126 to be honest.

Long lower wicks on H1 chart recently & less than 61.8% retracement of yesterday's up-move suggest an upward pressure on EURUSD.
