You opened the order at 1.1198 and when you said you are moving the SL to break even the price was literally 1.1198 or 1.1197 so I was wondering why youre moving your BE when the price is so close to where you opened it?
Surely it would get you out at the BE point?

Hope ive not confused us further lol

Hi Fxmfarmer, On pg 5635 I posted indicators and templates. Nothing more than overlaying indicators but has served me well over the years.

Dear Wavegarrick, page numbers on FF are "relative" because members may use different posts per page values than the default 20.. Therefore the "page number" value will be different for those members. Best practice is to share the link to the post itself or the post number. I hope it clarifies.

So? I think that answers your question that I can't move my SL and have to wait until price drops at least 10 pips.. That's why I said soon and (hopefully)..

Days like this are days when these thieves wait in the trenches to clean accounts of noobs. It pays to wait sometimes. Don't get in until they get price moving. You may sell 1.1200 and next minute you see price spiking 50 pips up. Until they convince me by breaking that daily pivot (1.1192),or spike to the next good resistance, I'll just keep watching them with a smirk on my face. I dare not buy or sell here.

Sorry, that clear is up now. I was just confused as I did not know how soon you meant.

Hope the trade goes well! I think I will wait to see if ti reaches 1.1213 before making any decisions

I have a resistance line at 1.1213 and its rejected that level a few times in recent weeks

I think I am putting an order to sell at that level

I guess 1.11 will be the yearly low, way lower than 1.16 which is the break point of the consolidation between 2015-2017
which i thought was a strong resistance
