Target levels (TOPS and BOTTOMS) are drawn after the fact. Also, many traders consider them as support / resistance -- i.e. boundaries the price would never, ever break. Target levels give traders confidence to open BUY and SELL orders.
So, on one hand, target levels are drawn after the fact and are treated as "anti-magnets", whereas MurreyMath lines are drawn before the fact and are treated as magnets. Would you care to comment further?
