Support/Resistance and previous levels (if you need help with identifying those, look up digger1’s posts, his charts show very clearly how to mark them). Then momentum (I use RSI, Stochs and A/D) on lower timeframes like M5 when price reaches these levels

Quick H1 Status Update

  1. London is about to open.. (20 more minutes). Bears have the upper hand while candles are below my GREEN line. MACD is still in bullish territory which shows that bulls have not completely surrendered yet.
  2. Any bearish move will be slowed down by Dashed RED TL on chart which I marked with blue arrows, showing bull pressure.
  3. Bulls have to climb back above GREEN line first and here I marked potential bear pressure areas on their way up with red arrows.
  4. My trading plan as mentioned yesterday is to sell highs as long as candles are below 1.1215. And to buy dips once/if candles climb above 1.1215.

woke up to see it went up 12 pips or so during the night nd then came right back ...
even went negative a bit this morning.
Was able to catch the BE so im out now.

Sideline for now.
M30 is making a weak appearance....

I think, the price want to visit 1,1187 then goes up. Look Dollar index and other relative pairs- there is clearer. I will looking to buy. Waiting just a hour.

Today's PMI data from EU area is very important..

Just got Green from Spain
Waiting for Italy , France and Germany.... if I see more green specially from Germany then will add more longs...or vice versa

Reason for still bullishness on EU: Has large current account surplus compare to any other area of the world... Heart of the ECO which the service section ..still holding up...
now we just need the manufacturing sector to heads up..if we start to see green from there or sign of bottom ..then EU could start meaningful recovery from here ..also Trade deal with china could happen in two weeks time....

After London opening, marking 1.11945 as nearest support on M15.. Are bulls slowly taking back control? Time will tell.. no rush.. first I want to see reaction from 1.1215..

we could well be in a ranging rather than trending day today .

so I am just doing small scalps up and down the range from 1.1215 to 1.1190

of course a breakout could happen any time
