kinda made a mistake this morning and sold at 1.1231.

Now I hope to salvage myself and get out at BE at least. But I may end up biting a loss.
Price has pushed up through a couple of structure zones, the latest is the narrow green one, which I changed from red to green and is now support. Next is that red structure resistance zone. The zones displayed on this chart are from different time frames, but displayed on the 1hr chart. Currently 177 pips total in profit, with my two positions. I am getting kitted up and off out on my bike to enjoy the sunshine.

Are you aiming for it to reach that 1.1260 area and taking profit there?
Now over-extended on the daily. Time to short.

Sort of but I simply go with the trend.. maybe it goes even higher.. who knows..

I do not expect too much from this, maybe up to 1222,
from there it is possible to recharge upward.

Profit is not profit until you BANK it
Upside scope needs to breach 1.12678 (IMO) as the month progresses to validate a break from the descending wedge on the W1 (weekly). The drivers would be significant improvements within the EU zone economies and/or the converse for the US economy. I'll be keeping an eye on how impulsive the uptrend is as we pass through this holiday period into next week and get closer to the upper side of the descending channel too.

Yeah you are right but that's the bane of my trading method, I tend to trade with very tight SL and end up taking a number of losses until that wild trade that over-compensates for the string of losses. My major reason for going that route is to avoid the large drawdown on my account had I traded with wide SL.

phew. out with my skin still on. time to sit on the side until NFP / PMI time.
so far today we've had 29 pip ADR with a bullish direction.

Can easily reach 1.1260 if the NFP/PMI are negative.
Something to note: Few hours to previous FOMC 1.1350-60 was acting as a tough resistance. Before news price was at ~1.1345 and upon release of rates price spiked an unbelievable 100pips to reach 1.1446, and then fell from there to 1.110x nonstop.

Question: Are we going to get such rocket surge in price today to, say, 1.134 and then fall again to break 1.1100?
