I got my normal 5%.
i do say, IF IN DOUBT- STAY OUT,,, today was the case.
the 08-00 bar was getting on the Long size but for some reason I traded off the next one lol.
It would of been ok though.

Here's spread sheet for last night. Have added GU 4.00 - 8.00 break - didn't take it for some reason. Maybe spread I don't know.

Going to add NY open and London close.

Lem - got a treble on Adam at Ascot today. Some good prices.

Did ok yesterday with a win and a 16/1 place.

Had a lazy morning doing not much of anything. Had a nice Buy Zone hit tp overnight on AChf which will keep the day in profit nicely. Had UChf as well but that didn't trigger.

Going to run my eye over the horse cards for today, as I can't see me getting my head around much trading action.

Having said that, looks like we've been busy this morning - 29 unread posts - good stuff, so I will head off and catch up.

It'll work, Pips. It's basically the same time slot as my oldie-but-goodie 06:00 - 08:00 block Monster-Trade (the 06:00 candle never really had much influence but helped form a directional bias). I'm sure that Billy will have added his own statistical twist to it

It'd just be pretty much an extension of what you're doing just now.

I was / am, Pips. Over on Tiree helping a friend location scout for an old project of mine she is interested in reviving. We flew in, which was a first for me, lol. I've always made do with the lowly ol' ferry.

Just a shame I am due back for a training session tonight, it is soooooooooooooooooooo beautiful up here.
