I'm seeing a number of patterns formed and forming - so it seems a bit like a 'coiled spring'. I think this could pop unexpectedly.

Question is - Dollar strength or Euro weakness? For my money USD is looking a bit asymmetric at the moment. Today's price action reads like tentative accumulation on the EUR side - with plenty of 'fake-outs' around the mean of the day. Data once seems tepid - aka no surprises - which one should expect with all this 'central banks' forward guidance'. However low volume periods can lead to significant moves on the slightest bit of 'unexpected news'.
I see two scenarios going forward. Price could retest .1200 or it could simply head down from here bypassing all the selling pressure that is built up at .1200.

From the 15m perspective, you have stacked channels. The safest trades will be taken from the channel extremes and the flip zone.

If you think price is headed down immediately you can short from the top of the upper channel. However, keep a tight stop since price could be headed higher to test .1200.

If you think price is headed to .1200 first. You can go long from the flip zone. Again, keep a tight stop since price could be headed down immediately.

The third option is to wait until you see HH or LL and follow price accordingly. All valid trading strategies.

In concurrence. One thing we could lookout for is a short squeeze on the upper side of your Channel 2.

Re. These position ratios from various different providers/brokers, I don't think they can be used as a guide to trading a bias either way as the FX market is orders of magnitude bigger than any and all of these retail outlets can offer as an indicator. Charts/ price action & momentum rule IMHO. Indicators - indicate but don't predict, so we trade on the balance of probabilities - or indeed some just gamble on gut and an intuitive feel for the market. The iterative approach tends to be the safer one in the long run.
