Down 50 points in basically two trades then 3 BE.

After the NSH, there is an expectation failure. My entry would have been the orange arrow. An easy decision to make in hindsight. But would you have waited until price reached the HL (red square) on the short term order flow?

It is really great to get your input on trading and seeing you working with price!

Took three trades today. First trade was against immediate structure, trading out from overall good demand. Tried to align again with my second trade, but failed. Took the immediate NSL, went short, failed. Similar to Damian's, except managing of the last one. Ending at BE.

Traded NQ today. My expectation was that price would make it much faster and with much less pain. Finally, I just wanted to finish it so trailed hard. Probably price will now run (after my exit). Trading bigger swing is not always easy, but I become better in it.

Anyway, since my last 1:1 help recently finished, it is now time for me to wish all the best to all traders, many pips, ticks, $ and to turn my attention to few things that I want to improve in my trading.
Mr. Pip, thank you for all your input time, effort, live streams,...
I will be from time to time online on Discord and I will continue to read the thread as a silent reader.

In an effort to remain transparent, I am sharing my trade from today.

Day 5 of live trading.

Good result but not good trading.

I am moderately irritated by today because my initial analysis was correct but I tricked myself into finding reasons to scale into a full position early before my true Area Of Interest was even reached. When the trade went against me I did not have the heart to admit that I was wrong and instead endured the pain train. Fortunately this trade worked out but I know that trading in this manner is a recipe for disaster in the long term. I must learn to admit when I am wrong.

I've included a second chart to show the bigger picture of what I was trading.

Update: Target area (box) would have been hit. However, it would not have been perfect anyway (when assuming that I would still be in), since I would have been taken out somewhere in the circled area due to trailing.

I love harmonics.

First loss on my live account. NO regrets on this trade as I feel that I had good reasons to enter where I entered and to also admit where I was wrong.

When I first opened my chart today I thought that a range-bound day would be likely. However, that sharp down move, (main swing) followed by what looked to be a weak correction, gave me reason to believe the market could move lower.

Going to shake it off and get back to my charts. Lets see if the market gives me another opportunity today.

2 trades today for +2 on two breakevens. Was up +70 something between the two but couldn't reach target

I guess that would be a counter trend trade. When does the expectation stop being another NSL? There were several other tests of the new low which both failed (where you say buyers have clear control) and the one to the right of that. Long entry from there? Based on the short term order flow and the hindsight of what happened next.

These are all great questions. Hindsight is a bitch for sure.

In the moment those tests of the NSL didn't bother me because my area of interest was much higher up. More bearish interaction on the retracement, to me, means that the bulls are weaker. At the time of my first entry it had taken the bulls 4 swings to retrace half of what the bears did in one swing. That is weakness in my eyes.

There are of course so many ways to see a chart. One of the things I am working on is building a case for both sides of the market instead of only finding reasons that support my bias. If I had practiced that today I probably would have been cognizant of the bulls increasing strength with each swing as well as my existing bias for a ranging day, which would have kept me out of this trade.

My trades did not go anywhere but did produce 24 points on three trades
I was attempting to trade the major swing highlighted by the Fib indicator.
I did not try to trade the immediate orderflow that seemed be well established.
The first exit was unintentional (possibly when I computer went to sleep while I was away from the screen).

Not sure what to say about today. Feels like I got robbed but at the same tie I am grateful to have ended the day green. I've reviewed my chart and feel that my decisions were well thought out. No regrets.

I agree with others. I could not make the entire session but what I saw was constructive. I noticed there was a slight delay on the recorded session compared to my live feed so I decided to trade a SIM account ahead of what you were doing. Based on the previous live event I thought you would again trade the immediate order flow with LIMIT entries so I played WWDD (What would Damian Do? or Really, How would I trade this market and compare that to How you traded it.). That made it doubly useful; more than passively viewing your trades. When I was near your entries, I was able to manage my trades and see how you managed similar ones.
