Update: I am focusing on 1.1216/32 zone for a buy setup. At the same time once you are long, you must watch if 200 EMA on H1 (1.1250/55) breaks or not. In other words: Be careful once/if you are long. Happy trading to all..

With this accumulation this long, is it safe to assume the price will spike either up / down very rapid ?

What i mean is, if it go up, it will go through the roof, and not safe to put sell limit there ? (For swing trade)

Any insight will be welcomed

Just woke up and took a look at the news for the day, that was some bad EUR data especially when its from Germany. If Germany is weakening the EUR might be going down even further eventually. Not to mention that price seems to be having trouble with breaking past the 23.6% retracement. The big question will be whether the US will be deliberately lowering the strength of USD (Trump has talked about this a few times already). All in all unless some real major push comes from US side, unless EU can improve there might not be a reversal (takes two hands to clap) if only US puts in an effort on the macro scale to change things we might just end up seeing a range bound EURUSD for a while.

Let's not talk yourself into more and more bearish ideas.. The situation on H1 is still bullish and I think as long as the weekly support level: 1.1215 holds it is still best thing to buy dips..

Hedged my buys against USDSGD (not gonna derail the thread, EURUSD ONLY after all, but check out the charts for yourselves, it’s a very tight range and on M5 a heavily inverse relationship plus pays swap). Netted me 400+ pips since Monday ‘buying against the trend’ so well to each his own I guess.

Back on topic, I do think we’ll do nothing much today except range until NFP. But H4 Stochs are starting to point down. I have taken a fresh buy from 1.12314, which coincides with the 49 lwma on H4 but will not discount a dip to 1.1210, which I will probably buy as well lol

Technical analysis of EUR/USD for April 04, 2019

Overview:
The EUR/USD pair continues to move downwards from the level of 1.1280. Yesterday, the pair dropped from the level of 1.1280 to the bottom around 1.1225. Today, the first resistance level is seen at 1.1280 followed by 1.1310, while daily support 1 is seen at 1.1179. According to the previous events, the EUR/USD pair is still moving between the levels of 1.1280 and 1.1180; for that, we expect a range of 102 pips. If the EUR/USD pair fails to break through the resistance level of 1.1280, the market will decline further to 1.1179. This would suggest a bearish market because the RSI indicator is still in a positive area and does not show any trend-reversal signs. The pair is expected to drop lower towards at least 1.1137 with a view to test the second support. On the other hand, if a breakout takes place at the resistance level of 1.1280 (the double top), then this scenario may become invalidated.
