Any chance you can use an RDP connection? Some work places don't think to block those. You can setup your home PC to allow RDP connections and then connect to it from work. Thats how I do it.

First trade today. This picture may be very confusing but every note on the chart is written in real time to help me analyze my thought process in retrospect. Today was a perfect example of calling it right and playing it wrong...

On the bright side, I would much rather have my analysis be correct and my execution incorrect than the other way around.

I use a private laptop with a mobile connection. This makes you independent of any install restriction and/or internet usage.

I think that a good exercise would be to draw the reference swing on which you base your next expectation and then trade your given setup, see e.g. last chart of WestVillage. If price gets broken (above in case of a short and below in case of a long your reference swing, then your SL would get hit and you are out), but do not take action if prices runs (but still beeing within the range of your ref. swing). I have often seen, that people change their mind as soon as price runs against their entry point. However, it is unlikely that you will hit always the "best" price (entry point) for a given setup.

i have noticed that some of us have had a very bad MARCH and i also have noticed that this system performs very well in trending conditions like many other ways of trading but it gets killed when choppy conditions enter the market ...so what i'm tryng to say is we should focus on what to do in those period? how to minimize the losses or to combine another system that trades well in those conditions with this system

Can it be done? Damian says YES. Some of videos as I recall used time based charts. But I do see some value in ticks charts. Here is one example of the trade i took this morning in SIM. I tried to scale the charts the same But even changing the tick chart 144 to 89 can produce different charts. I did not get the same looking rotation candle on the 89 tick chart as I did on the 144. (It took 2 candles to exceed the high of the previous down candle).

Maybe this chart will help. And you should view some of your own examples and compare tick with time-based to see if you can trade using time.

Your mileage may vary.

Edit. I should note that 5 minute right after open looks way different from the tick chart!
