Remember to be careful next week in antipode pairs. We have Chinese Caixin PMI coming out and most banks expect it to perform poorly. Also the top-level trade negotiations on 30-31 January.

I've been short since yesterday, not going to break my heart if it falls into a little bit of hole here. Now if I can just get it to drag the NZDJPY with it. Models are still in gear for some additional sell-off, but I'll have to keep my eye on it, accuracy get's a little wonky when things are moving fast. I'd expect a little bit of consolidation here (pretty soon, a couple of hours ) before a continuation with the balance of the move taking almost another day to play out. That starts to push the limit of my emotional risk profile, we'll see how it all plays out.

BUY AUDJPY at 79.027

A symmetrical triangle in the daily chart. It is likely to take a breakout as AUD is stronger. Targets are 80.125, 80.768 and 82.112.

Price broke out of consolidation on the 1hr/4hr TF(grey line).

Bought at 79.318(yellow line) on the 5M TF. Will be shifting stop loss to higher lows as they occur with 2ATR(20) + spread.

Exiting if price makes lower lows or if it crosses the 60SMA. Shall see how it progress first.

Closed the trade after price crossed over 20EMA.

Bollinger bands, 20MA , 2.5 shows signs of overbuying in 5M TF.

Double top formation in AUD/JPY ; Sell below 79.40

Double top in AUD/JPY confirmed with declining volume at the second peak.
Thus, selling in the pair is suggested below 79.40. Currently, the pair is trading above the ascending trend line prevailing since 3 January. The trade has three targets at 78.traders can book profits at the first target on the upward trend line if the pair takes any bounce from here whereas if the price action successfully breach below the trend line then capture the profit at the second target, which is equal to the height of the pattern. A break below 77.73 will instill further selling in the pair up to the last target at 75.98 i.e size of the pattern.
Entry Price: below 79.40
TARGET: 78.80, 77.73, 75.97
SL: 79.61

AUDJPY in range from january. Maybe after AUD news will go downwards until general support or go upwards in resistance zone.

Just thinking that until AUD news it should stay in range. Than will be clear where the price ahead. Before that looking at stoch 14,3,7 it's on overbought level and heiken ashi confiramations and also rebound from Pivot R3.
