hi friends i have some doubts regards basics so here i post a drawing . in drawing
1. price is reacted to demand
2 . price create another demand near to previous demand and break the supply zone
Now my doubt is may i consider 2 as a valid demand zone or not because it reacted to previous demand zone
my next doubt is if we consider the 2 as a rection 3 is Fo
if we consider 2 as demand then 3 is engulf is it correct

some friends posted a chart here when price engulf one level then they take next engulf in opposite direction as a FO . as per if rule this is not valid Fxyogi also mention this . i added FO drwaing also above Pls give your oppinion thanks
My answer is 1 2 are reaction to Demand 3 is FO to demand zone and 4 is engulf .

One of these days i'm going to try and due a pure scalp session on 1 or 2 pairs. It was interesting watching this unfold in the morning. Sometimes price goes into an "order collection" period where it just takes out the next set of fresh orders and highs/lows (for stops), back and forth, back and forth. I guess it can be argued that this is most of the time, just in different time frames.
