Disliked{quote} There have been couple of changes to my strategy 1. I removed pivots. The only pivots i used before were PP (h+l+c/3) and R1/S1 (r1=yesterday high, s1=yesterday low). The R1/S1 is modified based on this guy's research (http://thepatternsite.com/PivotPoints.html) (the person i actually learn quite a lot from). But the reason I removed pivots is because my trade decisions no longer are based on these levels. they're just for reference, but if i'm not using it to trade, i decided it's simpler to remove it 2.the volume profile poc...Ignored
Disliked{quote} -$700 Learned something about "stagnant" breakout today.Seems like when there a break and price tends to go sideways, it's best to just aim conservatively. Gotta pay the market for this lesson i honestly getting tired of these damn rules/quirks in each setup I seriously feel like a pilot making sure i got all my checks in before each setup..it's crazy {image} month so far.. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} +$1020 little carried away with the size during asian session. I saw strong reversal at about 10pm cst. After initial range loss, i was building long trend/breakout positions that didn't go anyway for few hours and finally decided to take a small upside. Learned something about these failed range setups. Usually means a reversal, but sometimes, the move isn't there and you just have to cut it. The market is usually good at letting you know when you should just walk away. {image}Ignored
DislikedGot my VPS bill and i'm not sure this is worth it: {image} for about $30, i have a windows vps. Then on top of that $39/month for journalytix. Shit, i like my journal, but paying +$800/year for this? fuck no server is $10, they really need to advertise that windows license is not included. That is actually a scam, cause i can get a windows system for $140 flat. it would've been better to pay $140 up front for setup fee... If anybody know of a cheap server i can run a windows application, please let me know!Ignored

Disliked{quote} Colocation improves latency right? for the black boxes trading systems. i doubt that many average joe traders employ black boxes that need this colocation services. and if you are trading taht way, i mean your competition has endless capital and technology to outperform you. it's like trying to play poker with phil ivey instead of just picking the lower stakesIgnored
