Hello did you check the box "allow import dll" in the general tab of the indicator?

Good day potter I had the same yesterday, first error I had with it was complaining about time issues so I Had to edit and replace all references to timegmt to fftimegmt but the download error still exists, possibly the download path has changed at the server end will investigate more
