Apparently the horse showed promise but hasn't built on that. Depends if the connections have found out why. The thing with these outsiders, it doesn't take much money at all to move the price in like that, especially at that time for an evening race.

Quite possibly money's gone on for the same reason you've mentioned, punters seeing the jockey. Likely that the yard has forked out for him in the hopes that a top jockey may be able to figure out what's up with the horse. Probably still showing good in work but not translating to race.

If I was serious, I'd still be hard pressed to see past the top two in this kind of race but I see why you'd chance your arm - or at least your little finger

Just noticed they have a tongue strap on for the first time, so it's a breathing issue and they're trying this to see if that solves it.

Snip, snip, snip on the Russ2K. Four mini-bites in total (missed one at the beginning as I was late to the party and one just gone, as I was feeding the cats. The two best plays, of course, lol). Played very heavy and ultra tight - out at the first sign of hesitation.

Last action of the night - probably, lol.

A small play on AU. Just too nice a set-up to let go by without some sort of interest.

Nothing huge points-wise but again, in heavy on the back of confidence. Did the job.

Used the fib-levels as in-and-out markers - and glad to have got out when I did, as you can see how price rebounded perfectly from the 50...
