They have had big losses in two consecutive years and my rough guess is they have cut many jobs and increased the other fees to make up the loss. Chat support response time now takes longer, and Support teams don't even respond to urgent requests, they charge higher swaps and industry TOP $50 of withdrawal fee (increased silently since this February without any notification),..... Be careful and watch this broker carefully.... It has been changed!
