Disliked{quote} Hi, I spent many many hours watching charts. I saw how they corresponded to my stats. But as I watched I played my sax or N/A flute and even threw weights around and even chatted in here. But when I traded, I traded. To stop all of the chart watching because I was in a trade I resorted to break method, sort of trigger, entry then get out. Just get your plan and stick to it. Try not to get bored or enter a silly trade, ok it might win but stick to the plan. Trade well.Ignored
So much wisdom in your words ... I found out that if I try to spot a setup and put on a trade almost everything else (other charts, sorry to say even music, chats etc) is a real distraction for me. If I do it right, sometimes I get into a flow with the market. Thats the time when trades are coming easy and are profitable ... if that flow ebbs down its exactly as you said ... I get bored and start loosing!
You too have a great Friday evening!
