does RSI repaint

i need to know if RSI repaint or no
and if there is a list of indicators that repaint

After candle closed then never repaint

That the RSI are moving on an open candle is not repainting,but true its not set until candle have closed.

No it does not repaint mate, once the current candle has closed no repainting will occur on the RSI.

Off topic, here is an RSI histogram I use on a few strategies, I personally find it easier to read and interpret than a traditional RSI.

Depending on your settings and time frame, any oscillating indicator can show whipsaw during a candle creation. Afterward, it will adjust as more candles are drawn. It depends on your settings. For instance, if you were measuring people's heights and the first 100 were all 5'8" and the next 100 were all 6'2", then your average would change on sample 200 compared to what it was on sample 100. Same as your graph. As more data is collected, the average changes, so what you see now, might not be the same as what you see later. That is why traders that focus on historical charts and think they have a winning system, hardly ever have a winning system. Adjusting live trading to match historical trading is the real talent of creating a system and can take years to accomplish as it requires you to trade live in order to validate its effectiveness. That takes time. Through analysis, hopefully you will eventually discover how to properly apply oscillating indicators.

As for repainting vs adjusting, that is code. You will see whipsaw if the indicator data collection is tick-based. If the code is candle-based, the indicator will not move until the candle closes. If the codes uses multiple candles as an array and updates as an array, then you will get repaints. Good Luck.
