does the basic MACD repaint?

the default MACD 12,26,9 available on Mt4, does it repaint in 4 H or daily chart?
like it was below 0 and fews hour later it goes above 0, or after u quit MT4 and reopen it, will it totally repaint the history?

Woopy, MACD should not repaint if it's being calculated correctly. This is because each MACD value is calculated only from data on the same or earlier price bars. (It is actually the difference between 2 EMAs: 12 and 26 are the deafults). The only MACD value that might change is the current bar, during a live data feed.

you were probably looking at the level just after a down spike and it reversed or something.

On the daily chart or H4, MACD can change a lot on the same candle
