Though the trade is with the trend, I would say the first bearish candle's real body in the setup is much greater than the 2nd bearish candles which doesn't make it the "perfect" setup for what's discussed here. You want the real bodies (the solid red part of the candle) in your charts to be very close to the same size.

Or you are referring to retracement of wave-C within the 0 to 5 waves range?

CADJPY Daily not very good at labeling stuff on charts....top green line is the breach line, bottom is the TP and I assume in this scenario I would have SL just above the 71.9 Fib retracement
