Here is my theory: Algos and the old man make patterns they are unaware of. In fact couple people have created AI that detects these patterns (cycles).
That AI is trading technically...irrespective of news or any market driver you can think of.
So then news, fundies and all or anything you can think of are just factors, ingredients, elements to yet a bigger scheme in an EQUAL manner.

(the equal part is not a hard fact for me but definitely an idiosyncrasy of mine as i feel nothing/nobody has more or less worth/value than something or somebody else in this universe...hence it should hold for markets as well)

Would love to elaborate more but I have to be out to take a toddler go play with baby kangarooooos

Hi Guys, my buy trades from the 19th still holding firm. My entry level was tested today, but no reason to panic just yet. Importantly is that a daily close above 1.1350 is achieved.

All we need to do is look at the direction of the price, that's it. Predicting the price either 1.1350 or 1.1348 those are all the numbers that are not our concern. We do not know where the price will stop and turn. We just don't know. All we can do is follow the direction of the price and as soon as we see the pressure where the price may turn, you take the profit. You see traders here saying as long as it does not pass 1.1350 will sell or as long as it holds 1.1350 and above it's buy. That is gambling we do not know that. The price is at 1.1348 now and most likely a lot of traders are selling, now this price can jump up to 1.1370 or 1.1369 it does not matter. The point is not to guess the price numbers but just follow the direction of the price and take profit as soon as the price direction starts turning. I've seen many traders guessing price numbers here and it almost never works. If it works than you only guessed the price number. From this point on I see EUR going up and USD down as data is weak. I have my TP@:1.1500 area. Meaning that this price could get anywhere from 1.1500-1599. Or it can get to 1.1489 or any number of that matter. But i will know one thing for sure when i see the sell pressure i take my profit. Stop guessing price numbers and just follow the direction of the price.
