H1 chart looks bullish to me. 4th time price has attempted to break the 1350 level, and there hasn’t been a H1 candle close below the 1335 support level. Plenty of bounces off the H1 green LWMA as well. Not sure what FOMC minutes will bring in some 3 hours’ time but I’d say for now it’s bullish up to 1380 level (daily LWMA resistance).

When was the last time price broke highs (or lows) before FOMC? I'm getting suspicious. However, I know right now that bulls want 1.1405. Let's see.

Dollar could gun it toward 96 before FOMC minutes, which could also coincide with a strong push toward the 1.14 area.

I'm long from 1.1355 with a SL at 1.1341. No hard target, yet, and may make decision to close manually. This was a risky trade buying into range resistance, so looking to trail stop pretty tightly leading up to the release to avoid any more losses than necessary.
