Good Day/Night guys.Great weekend. Very productive. Davit-thanks for video. Love the PA explain. Simple clear and profitable. Now lets get back to fun job .

This week Aud primarily would be my target. Week ahead is filled with AUD related news and further direction would be correlated one news to another. In other words its make it or break it. I am still holding my EU longs. If last rejection works out it can rally if not...well i am in profit anyways. As Well i am looking at NZD pairs, obviously unchanged rates give currency a good boost. Lets see if we can buy it somewhere. Lots of Dollar Lots of Euro news this week as well. Can be volatile .

I do not like to trade that pair, because swaps are too expensive (long and short).
tomorrow is President’s Day in the United States, and I believe spreads are typically wider and price action can be choppy.
if you are confident, go ahead. For me, I see I am going to sit out the action, or at the very least , cut my risk.

Pivot/ PA looking to approve of trade. Of course anything can happen.

I do follow and trade oil. Pivots work well with it.

My bad if WTI not supposed to be posted. But usually most forex people trade FX/Oil/Metals. I'm in 100% support not to trade CHF.

Hello, did you use Davit's Pivot? If so, how can you make the pivot to display previous week's pivots as well? In my template there's only this week's pivots.

Analysis of Weekly Calendar

MON
AUD --- Monetary Policy meeting Minutes. The Gov had already made it clear that he is keeping rate same as before,I anticipate no downward risk to AUD as it has already been priced in.

TUE
GBP--- Average Earning Index expected to slightly increase and unemployment rate to be flat 4%.Good for the currency. I prefer to trade cautiously with less lots and tight stops because of Brexit news.
Eur--- The German ZEW economic sentiment is generally weak (-14.1 expected).
AUD--- Wage price index is expected to remain flat. Not bad and not good for the currency. still holding on to my AN trade.

WED
USD---- FOMC meeting Minutes. Expect the fed to maintain a Dovish stance (No interest rate hike) however , till they stop shrinking the balance sheet I have a bullish bias on USD especially against the Euro.
AUD--- employment change is meant to decline from 15.2 to 21.6K.This is not expected to have a negative implication on the unemployment rate at 5%. Consequently, I will take out 2/5 of my lots from AN if in profit before the news and see how the market reacts to the news.

THUR
EUR---PMI data from the euro zone. Not impressive. I will look forward to shorting the euro before this news with either EC or EU (short the rallies till data proves otherwise).
GBP--- Public sector net Borrowing . good for the currency.
EUR--- ECB monetary meeting Accounts . Their position is already clear and I don't expect any surprises .
USD--- Core Durable goods orders,Durable good orders is expected to increase,good for the currency.
Philly fed Manufacturing index, a decline from 17.0 to 15.6 is expected. In my own opinion this does not have as much weight as the expected good data .
CAD --Gov Poloz speaks.
AUD---Gov Lowe speaks , I expect him to try to talk the AUD down. I also Anticipate the market not bulging to his usual tactics , he has to do more than scare market participants by backing his words with action (reduce interest rates) .

Friday
EUR--- data still not impressive .
CAD--- slight increase in core/ retail sales expected.
Eur--- Super _M_R _O speaks ...... will be paying attention to what he is going to say.
USD--- FOMC members speak.


Top highlights for the week. AUD,USD GBP . Pairs I will be watching closely. AN,EU,EC,EG, (CJ , UC I track the price of oil to trade this pairs ) .

I will try to give you some reasons to continue your work . First of all thank you for this really god quality thread and for helping other people to become winner. I just discovered pivot trading for 3 days ago , started to get through the 1274 pages bc I do not want to start ask stupids time spending questions. I looked at the maximum videos and links you have been posting. It like "opened" my mind and gave me a lot of tools. I still have a mountain of info to get through . But somehow I know your thread has me on the right path. I won't be posting a lot , but I will be active reader in the beginning
However I guess there will always be guys like me jumping on the moving train hoping it still have a long way to go.
Once more Thank you for your efforts !

In the last days I'm busy with other things and not very focused on trading, could grab some pips here.

In every learning environment being accountable to a mentor is very important for progress. Apologies for late posting Davit. Here is my take on this week fundamentals;

Taking advantage of any good news for G this week to sell rallies R61 and above of GU, provided PA agrees (H1).
U still strong and G is a disaster thanks to Brexit.

Well, if I may post my opinion. I want to watch AC and AJ to look for a possible sell trade.

I'm short on it even if a bit late, and shorted NU too.

Watching how price develops on EU . I am highly defensive (bail out if price is not acting right ) since its just the start of the week.
