Here is the weekly structure zone displayed on a 5 min chart, so that you can see the retest of the zone. The weekly structure zone is the wide red zone

The green structure zone at the bottom is a shorter time structure zone 4hr. Price may consolidate there or push down through it. Will have to wait and see how price reacts to it.

Problem with mental stop [for some] is we keep switching to higher TF when we fail the current.we trade in 15 M ends up looking at weekly trying to justify our failure
