Because they don't have the patience to wait for consolidation and get a better price.
By now I see a flag forming on H4 (EURUSD)

I love DXY as it has less noise than EURUSD, but for sure EURUSD by itself tells its own direction.
I like to use it as a confirmation bias.

Just some food for thought.
Yes there is strong bearish momentum for past couple of days. But consider this. Yesterday's daily bar was an engulfing bar. Off of a strong support area.
That coupled with increased risk appetite due to fundies. I will be carefully shorting so close to support if anything will look to buy dips. Price still been trading above the LWMA's so will keep on buying dips and taking partial profits and adjusting SL to BE
If anything looking at the hourly chart this thing is ready to shoot up....it's picking away at levels one by one retesting them as support and going further. We have stalled abit but there's still plenty of hours left in the day.

we're on the same page here , similar line of thought

but we have stalled too many times here , so for the time being i'm still neutral and flat intraday
